In the last two years because of the pandemic, One Thousand Cranes Foundation (1TCF) has added a necessary program to its mission. While the One Thousand Cranes Foundation  continues to focus on supporting a cleaner environment and the development of a green camp and facilities for children with life-threatening diseases, we saw the challenges faced by families, businesses and organizations because the pandemic and took the opportunity to pivot its vision to help impacted organizations in the Los Angeles area, such as  local food banks, schools, and non-profits.

In 2020 and 2021, One Thousand Cranes partnered  with Dellaria Foods and the Coordinex Corporation to bring PPE and others supplies to help organizations protect their staff and customers.

In the last year, One Thousand Cranes Foundation has:

• recognized the urgent need for food and rent support for families.
• saw organizations struggling for health and safety equipment and
• were able to distribute 61 semi-trailers of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to organizations throughout Southern California.
